Permanent Deletion Notice

In compliance with Google Play Store Developer Policies and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, users of BB Sensex Paper Trading have the unconditional right to request the permanent deletion of their account, authentication credentials, and all associated app data.

1. How to Delete Your Account

You can initiate account deletion through either of the following two methods:

Method A: Inside the App

  1. Open BB Sensex Paper Trading on your Android device.
  2. Tap on Profile / Settings tab from the bottom navigation.
  3. Scroll to Account & Security and select Delete Account & Reset Data.
  4. Confirm the prompt. Your account and virtual trade history will be immediately wiped.

Method B: Online Web Form (Below)

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, submit the form below or email us directly at official@aviraajdigitech.com. Our technical desk will process the request within 24 to 48 business hours.

2. Scope of Data Purged Upon Deletion

When an account deletion request is processed, the following items are permanently and irreversibly removed from our production Firebase Authentication and Realtime Database systems:

  • Firebase Authentication Record: User ID (UID), login email address, password hash, and last login timestamps.
  • Simulated Financial Profile: Virtual cash balance, margin used, realized profit/loss, and portfolio history.
  • Simulated Trading Ledger: All historical simulated BSE SENSEX CE/PE order records, strike execution details, and square-off logs.
  • Rewards & Coin Hub: Ad Coins earned, claimed daily mystery rewards, and mission completions.
  • Device Tokens & Session Metadata: FCM push notification tokens, device identifiers, and local session caches.

3. Data Retention Period & Exceptions

We do not retain personal identifying data following deletion. Aggregated, non-personally identifiable telemetry (e.g., anonymized daily crash volume in Google Play Vitals or aggregated Google AdMob impression counts) that cannot be reverse-engineered to identify you may be retained for developer quality monitoring as permitted by applicable law.
